From the moment we met Helen we knew that buying our new condo was going to be a wonderful experience.  Helen presents herself in a very professional manner but with “something extra”.  That “something extra” is her infectious enthusiasm combined with a rare commitment to providing the best service possible.  I found our property while surfing the net early one morning and I called and left a message for Helen.  To my amazement Helen called me back an hour later and set up an appointment for that very evening.  When my partner and I met Helen and her husband Danny we felt as though we were reconnecting with old friends.  I later discovered that was due (in part) to seeing Helen perform many times in “Tony and Tina’s Wedding! We listened as Helen took us through the marketing materials for the property and we were struck by the quality, the number, and the type of amenities offered.  To our (and Helen’s) surprise made another appointment and bought the property the next day!

Since our new home was not yet built Helen provided us with weekly updates on the construction progress.  Helen had us meet with the project manager to answer all of our questions regarding possibilities for our new condo.  We wanted to include as many upgrades as possible and Helen and her team made the process easy.  Every time we had a question for Helen about one aspect or another we were provided an answer in very short order.  If she did not have the answer Helen promised to get one for us as soon as possible—and she always followed through.  Helen even provided us with crucial contacts for the home buying process.  She gave us her personal real estate attorney’s contact information as well as a reliable home inspector.

As the closing date drew near and we were anxious to move into our new home we knew that Helen was going to bat for us.  As the mortgage industry was going through the crisis Helen was watching the situation carefully and was very proactive in assisting us in finding financing for our new home.  If it had not been for Helen’s savvy intervention on our behalf we would have found ourselves without a mortgage!  After we closed Helen sent us a basket “new home” goodies came in very handy!
